Kubota's dependable and versatile L4400 standard tractor now features Kubota's innovative Feather-Step HST transmission to give you smooth performance and responsive control. Feather-Step HST (Hydraulic Servo Mechanism).
Kubota's 44.5cc Feather-Step HST features a hydraulic servo system that increases pedal responsiveness, providing easy pedal-shifting operation for smoother performance and improved control, regardless of load size. Now, forward and reverse directional changes are simple. The HST also reduces shock, vibration, noise and fatigue to improve tractor performance and operator comfort. Plus, it features a hand-operated stepless cruise control, which keeps your working speed constant, regardless of the terrain.
Powerful and Clean Running 45.3 HP Kubota Engine.
World renowned for its reliability and power, the Kubota E-TVCS diesel engine generates 36.0 PTO horsepower to let you tackle any job. The rugged power plant delivers dynamic output and high torque, reduced noise and low vibration. It also produces clean emissions to meet the EPA's Interim Tier 4 '08 regulations. Plus it includes the advanced Operator Presence control (OPC), engine key-stop, and much more.
Stylish Hood Design.
The newly designed curved hood gives the tractor a sleek, modern look and improves overall visibility. For an unobstructed view, the muffler is concealed under the hood. This enhances front loader operation. Plus, the full-open hood provides quick and easy access to the engine's vital areas, making routine maintenance a snap.
User-Friendly Hydraulic Independent PTO & 3-Point Hitch.
This convenient feature lets you operate the hydraulic independent PTO without using a clutch. Engaging and disengaging the PTO is incredibly simple. Other features include a flip-type PTO shield, top link holder, and telescopic stabilizers.
Spacious Operator Platform.
The L4400 features widely spaced rear fenders and a full-flat deck design, providing ample space for the driver and maximizing comfort. Performance Matched Implements: High Performance LA703A Front Loader
To ensure maximum productivity, Kubota has designed a performance-matched front loader that greatly enhances your L4400's capabilities, with a tremendous lift capacity of 1818 lbs (pivot pin) and maximum lift height of 102.4 inches.
Single-Lever Joystick Control.
Kubota's LA703A front loader features single-lever joystick control for easy operation. A regenerative dump circuit allows for fast bucket dumping, and the series circuit provides for simultaneous operation of the boom and bucket. The integrated valve stays with the tractor when the loader is detached, so that it can be used for other implement operations.
Quick Attach/Detach.
Attach and detach mounting pins and hose couplers from the driver's seat easily, so you can move from job to job with greater efficiency. The optional Skid Steer-type quick coupler allows fast and easy attachment/detachment of buckets, pallet forks, bale spears and more, and the hydraulic tubes are enclosed within the boom for protection and a tidy look.
Performance Matched Implements: Powerful BH90A Backhoe
Dig deep with Kubota's BH90A performance-matched backhoe. It provides outstanding digging capacity and power, and offers a variety of bucket widths to match any job. Plus, all of the hydraulic hoses are routed through the durable backhoe arm for a streamlined appearance and extra protection. With an excellent digging depth of 9 feet, digging force of 3871 lbs. (bucket), and digging force of 2593 lbs. (dipperstick), your L4400HST will tackle the hardest of jobs easily.
Easy Operation.
The BH90A backhoe delivers two-lever control for fast and smooth operation. One lever controls the extension and retraction of the boom, as well as the swing arc. The second lever operates dipperstick extension, retraction, and bucket curl.
