Introducing the M59.

Kubota's Most Powerful Tractor/Loader/Backhoe Ever.

The new M59's powerful 59 HP engine and a performance-matched loader and backhoe offer professional results on everything from landscaping jobs to construction sites.

The power utility class Kubota M59 tractor-loader-backhoe was designed to tackle whatever your business could throw at it. In a class by itself, this 59 HP workhorse blends versatility and strength perfectly, and is as at home on a landscaping job as on a construction site.

The backhoe offers a 12 foot digging depth and an impressive 7,597 lbs. of bucket digging power. The loader boasts 3,960 lbs. of lifting capacity and a lifting height high enough to load a standard dump truck. Finally, the M59 features an electronically controlled HST to minimize operator fatigue as well as a full flat deck and walk-through step which makes switching to the backhoe a snap. The power utility TLB M59. Raw power and do-anything versatility have never worked so well together.

Powertrain

When it comes to delivering power to the right places, Kubota knows what they're doing. The reputation of Kubota's drivetrains, and especially their engines, has been proven in the market -- and the M59 is no exception. From its clean-running E-TVCS engine to its electronically controlled HST, the M59 powers through, up and over whatever job you put in front of it.

Engine
E-TVCS Diesel Engine.
This 59HP Kubota Three-Vortex Combustion System (E-TVCS) engine allows for increased airflow into the combustion chamber, where it mixes quickly and evenly with fuel from the fuel injection nozzle to produce greater power, increased efficiency and cleaner emissions. Specifically, this machine's Cooled EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) System reduces smog-producing nitrogen oxides, by lowering hte combustion temperature, helping it to comply with the EPA's interim Tier IV emissions regulations. The M59 diesel engine system includes a large displacement engine to help reduce noise and vibration.

Standard Spark Arrestor.
Mounted under the hood of the M59, the standard Spark Arrestor muffler ensures that you are safe when working around dry fields, grass or in other areas with combustible materials.

HST Plus Transmission.
The M59's HST Plus Transmission achieves superior performance by providing automated control of both the HST pump and motor. Its key features include: Hydro Dual Speed (H-DS), Load Sensing ability, HST Response Control and Auto Throttle Advance.

Feather-step Operation
Feather-step Operation.
Kubota's HST also comes with a smoother, ore responsive pedal, thanks to Kubota's traditional hydraulic servo system, which decreases the amount of pressure required to depress the pedal.

Four-wheel Drive.
The M59's four-wheel drive gives you the power and stability you need, especially when pulling heavy loads or working on unsound terrain. The front wheel drive bevel gear assures that you always get a smooth and full power transfer. And the 55o steering angle and compact differential provide you with the ground clearance and maneuverability you need for a wide array of work applications.

Backhoe Crawling Mode
Backhoe Crawling Mode.
A rare feature for this type of TLB, Kubota's backhoe crawling mode allows you to move at "creep" speed while at the controls of the backhoe. This is especially time saving when repositioning along lengthy trenches.

Heavy-duty Rear Axle.
The heavy-duty rear axle uses multiple wet-disc brakes for extended life and smooth stopping performance.

Integrated Main Frame.
The M59's integral main frame absorbs twisting loads during backhoe and loader operation and will not transmit flex to the tractor chassis. This makes the tractor's structural integrity uncompromisingly sound.

Digging

Digging
Digging may be one of the most demanding parts of your day. But the Kubota M59's backhoe makes it rewarding by offering a host of features designed to make your work easier. This backhoe isn't just more powerful than Kubota's past TLBs, it also digs deeper, is more versatile and boasts a smarter design. So no matter how long you find yourself facing the M59's backhoe, we're sure you'll find it time well spent.

Precise Inching Performance.
The M59 offers smooth and precise movement of the arm and boom thanks to its high performance inching valve. This feature is especially helpful when simultaneous arm and boom movements are required or when using the backhoe to "finish" jobs.

Stabilizer Guard.
Mounted directly over the stabilizer cylinder, this sturdy steel guard protects the cylinders from damage, preventing costly repairs.

Stabilizer Lifting Height.
The M59's powerful stabilizers provide maximum rear-tire lift, even while the engine is idling, ensuring optimum backhoe work performance.

Quick Mount Attach/Detach.

Featuring a four-point mount, quick attach system, the M59's backhoe can be removed and installed easily.

Digging Curved Backhoe Boom.
The curved boom of the M59's backhoe serves three distinct purposes. It helps you clear dig area obstacles and easily reach maximum dig depth with a minimum trench cut. The arch of the boom also clears the sideboards of a truck, allowing you to position materials in the center.

Enclosed Hydraulic Hoses.
The Kubota M59's hydraulic hoses are routed through the boom and arm for extra hose protection and durability. This feature also provides better visibility and an overall cleaner backhoe design.

Digging Force
Digging Force.
With a bucket digging force of 7,602 lbs. and dipper digging force of 4,731 lbs., the M59 will give you all you'll need to work your way through the toughest of soil conditions. Large hydraulic pumps enable smooth, efficient management of demanding excavation jobs, with the least amount of effort. Stone, gravel, sand, silt or clay; you name it, and the M59 will give you the power to dig it up.

Auxiliary Hydraulic Valve and Thumb.
Kubota's optional auxiliary hydraulic control valve and hydraulic thumb give you greater versatility when working with the backhoe. The M59 reduces installation time with a built-in thumb bracket as standard equipment.

Construction-grade Hydraulic Cylinders.
The Kubota M59's construction-grade cylinders are built to last. Their outstanding sealing performance makes them strong and exceptionally durable. In addition, the high-quality plating of the cylinder rods offers superior rust protection.

Reversible Seat.
The M59 seat swivels from front to back with a simple flip of a lever underneath the seat. The transition happens smoothly, and with plenty of legroom to spare.

Loading

Loading
More productive loader work results in cost savings and time efficiencies. And nothing makes a loader more productive than capacity. The Kubota M59's loader has a lifting capacity of an incredible 3,960 lbs. and sports an 84" bucket. It also provides a maximum height of 10.5 feet, whcih means it can easily empty its contents into a standard dump truck. Without a doubt, the M59 is one productive machine for its size.

Braceless Frame.
The M59's braceless loader frame design improves visibility over the hood, to the side and when servicing the engine.

Slanted Boom Design.
Slanted to match the M59's hood, the front loader boom design provides operators with a greater field of view and gives you better visibility when changing front attachments.

Round Bucket.
The 84" round bucket of the M59 offers increased durability and makes dumping sand and soil easier.

ROPS/FOPS
ROPS/FOPS and Protective Canopy.
The 4-post Rollover Protective Structure and the Falling Object Protective Structure come standard on the M59. To help keep you safe from any potential risks, a steel roof lies underneath the stylish orange canopy.

Bucket-level Indicator.
The bucket-level indicator rod gives the operator a clear and easy way to tell when the bucket is level.

Lift Capacity and Height
Lifting Capacity and Height.
With an enormous lifting capacity of 3,960 lbs., the front loader can tackle just about any job with ease. Plus, with a maximum height of 10.5 feet, to the pivot pins, this loader can easily reach as high as a standard dump truck. Together, these features make the Kubota M59 a hit on almost any construction site.

Auto-leveling Valve.
Thanks to this ingenious valve, the bucket angle is automatically kept level even through the angle of the boom may change. This minimizes spillage prior to dumping and makes the loader easier to operate. It's especially useful when using pallet forks.

Protected Hydraulics.
The hydraulic hoses run through the M59's loader boom, offering greater hose protection and durability as well as clearer operator views.

Tool Handling

Tool Handling
Tools are essential to getting the most out of your TLB. The Kubota M59's PTO, coupling mechanisms and hitches are the operational platform on which your tool arsenal rests. These are what make your tools productive, powerful and easy to utilize.

3-Point Hitch Storage.
When the backhoe is mounted, this storage area provides a convenient and easily accessible place to store the optional Category I and II 3-point hitch.

Remote Hydraulic Control Valves.
The M59 offers three optional Remote Hydraulic Control Valves for a greater selection of hydraulically powered implements. For operators, this versatile system translates into a convenient and cost-efficient solution.

Independent PTO.
The hydraulic-independent 540-rpm PTO expands the use of the M59 to include rear-mounted, PTO-driven implements such as rotary tillers, post hole diggers, snow blowers and rear-mounted mowers.

Category I and II 3-Point Hitch.
The optional Category I and II 3-point hitch provides fast and simple attachment of a wide array of rear-mounted implements. This versatile hitch boasts 3,858 lbs. of lift capacity.

Skid Steer-type Quick Coupler

Ergonomics

Ergonomics
Loading, hauling, digging, scraping, mowing. You may perform a dozen or more tasks in a long 10 to 12 hour day. The M59 was designed with a host of features that help make all your tasks easier and make you more comfortable.

Full Flat Deck.
Kubota's full flat deck gives you ample legroom. This makes operation more comfortable and mounting and dismounting the tractor easy. Additionally, this deck substantially reduces vibration and driver fatigue through the use of rubber mounts.

Walk-through Step.
The M59 features a generous area to the side of the operator's seat, which makes it easy to walk to your seat when performing backhoe work. The seat itself pivots on the spot so you never have to dismount or climb over it.

Arm Rest.
The M59's arm rest helps reduce arm movement and operator fatigue, especially when performing loader work.

Side-position Display.
The digital panel's side positioning provides information at a glance for faster and safer operation when working with either the loader or backhoe.
