The Land Pride FD25 Series features a steel chassis. The all welded steel chassis on the 25, 26 and 35 Series mowers forms a single integrated unit designed to support the mowing deck and absorb shock loads incurred by the wheels and the front of the deck.

Some tractor/tire combinations do not allow enough room for the mower hook-up. Longer lower hitch clevises are available to easily correct this situation. These are available for the FD25, AT26 and AT35.
